I started my career in care in 2012 as a healthcare assistant and since then, I have been a support worker and team leader.

I joined Aston Care in July 2022 and I have held the role of Senior Support Worker and as of January 2023 I became the Deputy Manager.

I like working for Aston Care because it’s like having a bonus family and I look forward to coming to work every day.

My passion is to make a positive difference and care for people. I love helping and having an impact on others.

For the future, I would like to share my knowledge with junior staff and be an integral part of building a team that is part of a company that is known to deliver a high quality care.
