Keri Biggs

I started my career in care in 1994 in Auxiliary Nursing. Since then I have been a Care Officer, Senior Dementia Care Officer, Care Manager and Deputy Manager.

I joined Aston Care in February 2020 and I have been a support worker, Deputy Manager and in October 2023 I became a Registered Manager for The Paddocks.

I like working for Aston Care because I like the ethos of the company, I am made to feel valued, and progression is encouraged.

My passion is to provide a safe and loving care environment where my service users are encour-aged to be independent and achieve their dreams and aspirations.

For the future, I would like to increase the occupancy at The Paddocks as I believe that there are other individuals who would benefit and flourish from the care that we provide.
