Deputy Manager
Zoe O'Harrow
Before joining Aston Care, I worked as a stock checker for a laundry company but I was made redundant during the Covid‑19 pandemic, which led me to begin a new chapter in the care sector.
I started my career with Aston Care in 2020 as a Support Worker, where I discovered my passion for person‑centred care and supporting residents’ wellbeing. I later progressed into the role of Activities Coordinator, a position I loved as it allowed me to create meaningful and engaging programmes for our residents.
In 2025, I became the Deputy Manager at Hillview, our Swindon home. In this role, I support the day‑to‑day running of the home, work closely with staff and families, and remain committed to ensuring every resident receives compassionate, high‑quality care.
I really enjoy working for Aston Care and particularly value their commitment to up-skilling staff and promoting from within the organisation. It shows how much they appreciate and invest in their team, and I’m proud to be part of that environment.
