I began my career in the care sector in 2003 as a support worker and later progressed into a team leader role. I was subsequently promoted to Service manager. I joined Aston Care in 2023 as the home manager at Hillview.

 

I enjoy working for Aston Care as I feel the organisations is supportive not only towards the residents but also towards the staff team. This positive culture makes a meaningful difference to staff well-being and overall quality of care delivered.
