Norvi Cipriano

I started my career in health and social care in 2004 when I qualified as a Nurse in the Philippines.

When I came to the UK in 2008, I became a health care Assistant for a large nursing home company. I joined Aston Care in 2012 and since then I have been a senior support worker, a deputy manager and in February 2023 I became the home manager acquiring my CQC registration in the September. 

I enjoy working for Aston Care because the staff and people we support are treated like family with the upmost respect and dignity. I like the fact the home and it’s staff are recognized for their achievements. I love supporting the staff and people we support and giving them the best quality of life that they deserve.

For the future I want Aston Care to be recognized for the quality of care we give and being proactive to providing the best quality of life to the people we support.
