Deputy Manager

Beatrice Shelefumo

I started my career in care in 1999 as a healthcare assistant. I started working for Aston Care as a support worker in December 2015 and have been a support worker, senior support worker and as of December 2023, a deputy manager. 

I like working for Aston Care because of the family atmosphere and the senior management are extremely supportive. 

I have passion for helping people to live the best possible life they can. I love to make people happy and smile, it’s my favourite thing about my job.

For the future, I want us to be recognized for the great work we do for and with the people we support.
